Orders & Shipping

  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Right now we’re focused on UK shipping, but we’ll expand soon. Keep an eye on our socials for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What’s your returns policy?
    You can return unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just drop us an email at darren@10kings.co.uk

  • Can I exchange for another size?
    Yes - as long as the size you need is in stock.

Sizing

  • How do I know what size to order?
    Each product page has a size guide. For women’s Forge pieces:

    • XXS/XS = UK 6–8

    • S/M = UK 10–12

    • L/XL = UK 14–16

10 Kings x Mind

  • How are profits donated?
    All profits from the October 25th drop will be donated directly to Mind, the mental health charity. We’ll be posting regular updates on social media so you can see the total raised.

  • Why Mind?
    Mental health is at the core of why 10 Kings exists. Movement and connection have helped us personally, and Mind supports thousands of people across the UK who need that same lifeline.
